The Yoga of Business Workshop

Tara’s flagship course, focuses on half-a-dozen business issues that affect and afflict every organization, no matter how big or small. Over a 7-hour day with a working lunch, we’ll demystify and explore these topics so that you understand clearly what they mean to your work, including those steps you’ll be taking next, based upon this renewed understanding. These topics are:

Your Business Plan: … the first thing “angels” and bank officers will ask for. We’ll show you what one is exactly and how to get it out and down.

Team-building and Internal Communications: What to say — and not to say — to the folks you work with, as well as ways to say it.

Marketing & Sales: How to create effective, low-cost marketing materials on your office or home computer.

Computers and You: Remember, technology is meant to be your servant.

Customer Service: Training yourself and your staff to serve. (It isn’t as intuitive as it may appear.)
